GUYS: Bring all accessories that maybe needed. ex: wardrobe, brush, comb, lotion, glasses, hats, socks, earrings, floss, etc.
LADIES: Bring all accessories that maybe needed. ex: wardrobe, brush, comb, curling iron, makeup, floss, lotion, earrings, glasses, hats, etc.
LITTLE PEOPLE: "Parents" please bring everything your "child" may need haha. wardrobe, toys, entertainment, lotion, brush, comb, hat, glasses, etc.
THE STUDIO: Our studio has a makeup station, steamer, changing room, bluetooth speaker, fridge, clothing rack and a seating area.
Our Policy
CANCELLATION: You may cancel/stop the process of production at anytime. Deposits are non-refundable.
DEPOSITS: We require a 50% deposit for all shoots. The deposit guarantees your date/session time agreed upon. Deposits are non-refundable.
REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable however, if you paid for the shoot in full. You will receive half of the shoots price back. Deposits can also go towards future shoots if you decide to shoot at a later time.
PAYMENTS: We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal, Venmo and Official Company Checks. (*will not receive photo until payment clears)
LABOR: Some clients want to stand out from there competition. Clients request custom sets/designs. Labor is due upfront.
WEATHER: If the shoot is canceled due to weather, photographer and client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Samuel Whitworth.
Retouching
Don't worry about it. All final images come with retouching.
Printing
We offer 4x6 to 13x19 sized prints. We use top of the line Canon inkjet printers and offer all types of printer papers/finishes from matte, glossy, fine arts, etc. Your pictures will look as vibrant and amazing as they do on your monitors. All of our monitors and printers are calibrated by X-Rite technology.
Custom Color
A custom experience from start to finish. We use your actual color from your labels to paint your backgrounds. This is one of the ways you will all ways have consistency.
